Leaders within biopharma companies often have thinking preferences linked to the left part of the brain, the blue and green quadrants in the HBDI model. This course focuses on the yellow and red quadrants of the HBDI model. The latter quadrant in particular is often overlooked and undervalued in the current business environment, highlighting the need for a broader roll-out of this program.
